Regular Ferry Line

Ferryboats of the company "Pomorski saobraćaj" Ltd sail between the two shores of the Bay of Kotor, in the Verige Strait, and connect two small coastal towns - Kamenare, on Herceg Novi and Lepetane on the Tivat side of the bay, thus providing better communication between Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat and Budva.

The traffic runs continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to the summer and winter timetables. During the validity of the summer timetable, from June to October, ferryboats on both sides of the coast depart every 15 minutes, while during the validity of the winter timetable, from October to June, ferryboats run from 06:00 – 24:00 every 15 minutes and from 00:00 – 06:00 every hour on both sides. The highest frequency of traffic is in the periods of 7:00-9:00, 12:00-14:00 and 16:00-18:00.

The maximum duration of the service, which includes waiting, embarkation, transportation and disembarkation, is about 15 minutes. The ride itself, on a route that is about 1 km long, takes about 7 minutes.

The company ''Pomorski saobraćaj'' Ltd, in addition to transporting passengers on a regular ferry line, provides ferry services for special, charter sailing at the request of clients. The rental price is determined by the hour of operation of the ferry, depending on the size, performance of the ferry and specific conditions of use.
